Fran holds a bachelor’s degree in human services from the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. She began her career at Elwyn Institute as a head trauma counselor and rehabilitation therapist. She entered the insurance industry in 1988. In an effort to better serve her clients and to offer a more extensive product portfolio; Fran became a full time insurance broker in 1995. She has been successfully matching individuals and groups with the most cost-effective plans with maximum benefits.
Fran is licensed to offer health, life and property casualty insurance in Delaware, Florida, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Maryland, Maine, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Texas.
For more than 34 years, Fran has counted on her expert product knowledge to consistently provide concise, sound advice on products and plans: health and life insurance, lifetime wealth preservation, effective college funding and tools needed to secure financial retirement safety.
Fran is a subject matter expert in Practical Insurance and Planning Solutions. Her warm, compassionate personality engages her clients and audiences, as she consistently aims to partner with them to find the best possible solutions for their specific financial needs.
Fran resides with her family in suburban Philadelphia; giving back to her community through her involvement as a tutor, coach and secretary for youth basketball leagues.
